Jamaica’s premier film production company, Firefly Films, is holding open auditions at 10a West Kings House Road to cast actors in a new film – Blood, Gold and Green on Tuesday, April 8, 2008.

Reggae Sumfest will be held from July 13 to 19, 2008 in Montego Bay, St James. Among the international performers that the promoters are in negotiations with to perform at the festival are Chris Brown, Ne Yo, Alicia Keys and Akon.

The fifth season of Digicel Rising Stars will kick off later this month.
