2018 has been a tremendous year for dancehall native entertainer Masicka, who is signed to the Genahsyde Recording label. On the local soil, the artist has been receiving great feedback for his singles.
In an effort to build an international awareness around himself the entertainer has been making trips overseas to work, and it is no coincidence that Masicka songs has also been getting airplay around the US on radio stations as his main aim is to take his music mainstream on a global scale.
One of Masicka’s dreams was for his song to one day be played on 106 and Park which was his favorite BET program growing up. Though 106 and Park is no longer around Masicka said that it feels just as good to be featured on BET Jams.

Corey Todd which is the manager for Masicka, mentioned how much of a great feat it was to get that level of international recognition as Masicka’s hard work has now seen him in a position where his video is being rotated alongside artiste such as Migos and Cardi B just to name a couple. Todd also express that with the right links and continued dedication Masicka will achieve his main aim of becoming a household name worldwide.
Since the official music video release for They Don’t Know, the video has received over three million views and counting on the YOUTUBE platform.
