Jamaica Observer Entertainment recognizes Reggae Artiste Fedrick Hibert, known as TOOT , for his tremendous effort and contribution in the reggae music industry and his extension of Jamaica culture. The award was held at the Newpapers Beechwood avenues offices in St. Andrew yesterday, December 17, 2019.
